  2. Log into your Gmail account.

    Click on "Settings" in the top right-hand corner.

    Click on "Accounts and Import."

    Scroll down to find the "Send Mail As" section and find the email address you want to edit by clicking on "Edit Info."

    You will see a set of radio buttons. Click on the one next to the empty box and type in a new display name. Then click on "Save Changes".
